Consumer Credit Concluded by Phone, Internet or Text Message
A lender or credit intermediary is prohibited from sending you a credit contract or credit card unless you have requested it. They must be able to prove your explicit request.
They are also not allowed to call you in order to present a credit agreement at your home if you have not expressly asked them to do so in writing beforehand.
