Package of Banking Services for Non-digital Consumers (Universal Banking Service)
If you cannot access online banking services, you can request the universal banking service from one of the 13 participating banks.
The universal banking service includes:
- a payment account in euro;
- a debit card;
- a minimum number of manual operations and non-digital services at a reasonable price.
This service must adhere to the Universal Banking Service Charter, which was established through an agreement between the federal government and Febelfin.
