Guarantee and Replacement Device
There is no obligation for sellers to provide a replacement device during the guarantee period, unless specified in the terms of sale.
If this is not the case and you had to arrange for a replacement device yourself, you may be entitled to claim compensation from the seller to cover the cost of obtaining the replacement device. Whether you receive such compensation depends on the specific circumstances and the terms of the agreement between you and the seller.
