If you wish to claim the legal guarantee, you must do so with the seller from whom you purchased the product, such as the store or dealer, and not with the manufacturer or importer.
The seller is responsible for fulfilling the legal guarantee obligations. He must also arrange for any repairs, replacements or refunds.
